Hey folks,
First of all, Happy Mother's Day to all our Moms! I hope you all enjoy the day because you deserve it.
That said, I cannot host the Book Club and either take some away from their Mother's Day or cause them to miss it, including Laura. I was going to do it initially, but it would not be right.
On Georgia, the number one question on everyone's mind is whether Brian Kemp is above 50%. By the end of the day, we'll know more. But it does not appear we will have him closer to 60% like everyone else. The raw is much more moderate and educated than the expected electorate and it's still very close.
David Perdue is most definitely behind. That's not the question. It's about whether he can hold Kemp below 50%.
Folks, if you don't know what diners, you don't know.
We miss diners and this is Lancer's Diner in Warrington, and it's amazing!
After nearly two years of discipline on issues that cost them the 2024 election, Democrats unleash the CRAZY in Bucks County. Paul Martino, their chief target during what was supposed to be a "discussion", joined to discuss.

While attacking The New York Times/Siena Poll, a claim treats the leaned partisan composition of a likely-voter sample as evidence of bias against Republicans. In this episode, we test that inference against current party identification, independent leaners, vote preference, the broader political environment in the basic context of thermostat public opinion.

Watching people attempt to "unskew" polls conducted by all walks of this industry—ranging from Nate Cohn at The New York Times to Spencer Kimball at Emerson College to Tim Malloy at Quinnipiac—all to deny Donald Trump's gains against Joe Biden with various voting blocs, is more than a little sad.
The slew of recent polls over two weeks—to include no less than four today alone—have simply confirmed prior findings published from other pollsters who have previously been "unskewed". That includes your's truly and our work at BIG DATA POLL, Mark Penn at Harvard University, Patrick Ruffini at Echelon Insights, and many others.
I'm temped to equate this with an Occam's razor-like situation. But this debate is more about likelihood than simplicity.
Here's the Presidential Vote Preference Trend for Biden v. Trump going back to August 2020. The Public Polling Project did not begin asking the Rematch Question for 2024 until September 2021. However, we can still make some pretty important and interesting observations.
