Folks, we updated the map and improved the interview details. Now, it also includes the likelihood for voting, ideology, Republican Type such as "America First Republicanism" or "Traditionalism Republicanism". I think this is better. Hope you all do too.

This first day back to school, we all got up early to enjoy the morning together and make sure everyone was prepared. My oldest is now a senior, my daughter is now a freshman in high school, and our youngest midlife crisis baby is now just 7 and in second grade.
Roman still LOVES taking the bus because he's still young and it's cool. But until my son finds a car, I decided to drive them while we dropped Laura and Roman at the bus stop.
Pulling into the drop off at high school, I told them that I loved them, to have a good day—and as usual, told them, "Remember, positive in, positive out!"—and watched them take a selfie together that Laura requested from them.
Right before walking away, I pulled my oldest son over and told him to "Watch out for your sister." He looked at me and said, "I know, Dad. Don't worry, I'll take care of her. I got this."
And BOOM!
I had a flashback to the hallway of the hospital in New Jersey where we went to get the sonogram at I believe 16 weeks when they can ...
We are going to call the end of October Q3 again. At least for now.
Disseminate like crazy. This is going to be a very large poll including everything from our normal trackers to 2028 independent ticket options.
Also, starting September 10, I will be on Owen Shroyer biweekly to discuss our polls and forecasts for the midterms.

Watching people attempt to "unskew" polls conducted by all walks of this industry—ranging from Nate Cohn at The New York Times to Spencer Kimball at Emerson College to Tim Malloy at Quinnipiac—all to deny Donald Trump's gains against Joe Biden with various voting blocs, is more than a little sad.
The slew of recent polls over two weeks—to include no less than four today alone—have simply confirmed prior findings published from other pollsters who have previously been "unskewed". That includes your's truly and our work at BIG DATA POLL, Mark Penn at Harvard University, Patrick Ruffini at Echelon Insights, and many others.
I'm temped to equate this with an Occam's razor-like situation. But this debate is more about likelihood than simplicity.
Here's the Presidential Vote Preference Trend for Biden v. Trump going back to August 2020. The Public Polling Project did not begin asking the Rematch Question for 2024 until September 2021. However, we can still make some pretty important and interesting observations.
